  • 1. Choose the right size: Pick the size that fits your dog best. The collar should sit comfortably around their neck without being too tight. 
  • 2. Fit it snugly: For the collar to work, it needs to stay in contact with your dog’s skin. Adjust it so it’s snug but still comfy - you should be able to fit a couple of fingers underneath.
  • 3. Keep it on 24/7: Your dog can wear it all day, every day. The pheromones are released continuously, helping your dog feel supported around the clock.
  • 4. Remove only for bathing or swimming: Water can reduce how well the collar works, so take it off for baths, swimming or grooming sessions.
  • 5. Replace every 4 weeks: Each collar lasts up to 4 weeks. Swap it for a new one regularly to keep that calming support going.
